On August 16, 2019, Joyoung’s Supplier Lean Review and Peak Season Mobilization Conference was grandly held at our company. Mr. Zhao Haijie, Chairman of the Company, attended the conference as a senior executive of Dawei Electronics. In his speech, Mr. Zhao first extended a warm welcome to the visiting Joyoung leaders and industry partners, expressed sincere gratitude to the Joyoung Group, and expressed hope that industry peers would frequently visit Dawei for mutual exchange and improvement, jointly contributing greater strength to “Made in China with Intelligence.” He also wished the conference a complete success.
During the conference, senior leaders from Joyoung delivered a detailed work report. They reviewed the lean advancement efforts of the Joyoung Group in the first half of the year, highlighting the achievements made in coaching core suppliers to develop lean companies, as well as outlining the work plan for the second half of the year. The report by Joyoung’s leadership was strategic, comprehensive, practical, and deeply admired by all attendees.
After the conference, Joyoung leaders and industry partners visited our production site. This Lean Review Conference not only showcased our company’s positive image and excellent management to guests and peers but also provided an opportunity to learn advanced concepts. Through shared learning and mutual discussion, all participants grew together and made joint progress on the path toward intelligent manufacturing.
